Enhancements around List View rules used in NBAM framework

There are two enhancements which our business users are currently expecting in our Bundle Negotiator product.

1. Whenever a filter is applied on a particular column of a list view rule used to show propositions in the NABM Tab and the tab is refreshed, the filter vlue is lost.This value should be restored

2. Multiple filtering on the filtered list in a List view column is not allowed.
