When data is ingested into data source after configuring the data source to pega buddy it say's I don't know the answer based on the available information

I found that that response from vector data base is blank, and chunks are > 0 condition is false.

I have opened the C- case in pega knowledge buddy application and I can see the content on the clipboard under userrequest property.

what might be the issue ?

how to debug the content in vector database ?
