PEGA Function

I tried to use the function @WeekOfYear() in PEGA When Rule to get the no. of week in a year. But it showed error message "Invalid expression or reference : No Candidates found [possible function name, ruleset/version of number of parameter problem] ". 

Please advise the correct way to get the week number of a year, based on a specified date ?
