Identity Matching in Pega CDH
How Identity matching will work end to end in Pega CDH?
I didn't find any supportive documents that help on implementation.
Mostly are just theoretical and very less content available. Please help.

I was finding this implementation difficult in below 8.8v. I implemented Identity matching in Infinity 23 version, but there is some issue like record is not getting inserted in association table! I am trying to find it, as of now no luck.

Hi, the ExternalID of the containerrequest, should be populated at the fromt end.
Probably picked from a cookie.
If passed with a CustomerID, an association record is created
Data-Decision-IH-Association.
You could add some additional info like logged in, or consent, or other meaningful information, and use that to restrict some or all NBA's to be shown, if not 100% sure if it is the customer facing the screen :-)
