Thanks for your question. Over the past few years, we have worked to make our exams performance/scenario-based and to include various items types to assess knowledge. The best way to prepare for our exams is to complete the Pega Academy mission challenges and mission tests to truly comprehend the decisions being made. For the SSA and LSA certifications we continue to recommend experience with Pega prior to preparing for those certifications.
