Records are not getting displayed on click of Workbasket
Hi All,
In our application we have 4 workbaskets , on click of two them, belongs to same LineofBusiness unable to see the records, although the records count is getting displayed for workbaskets records.
GetworkbasketList Data page is also showing the counting correctly but on dashboard no records is displayed.
Highly appreciate your help.

@swatis88 please check if work group configurations are correct for both work basket and operator id. Also please run D_Workbasket and check for the results.

@Anoop Krishna Hi , Thanks for the suggestion.
Upon checking D_Workbasket its showing the correct result only.The page workbasketDP is showing correct WB details along with the count.
The workgroup configurations are also correct.

@swatis88 okay, there would be 2 parameters passed to the D_workbasket dpage. Can you please check from the section it is passed and whether it is passing correct value?

The issue is resolve now.
We were having a timeout error on running the RD fetching the workbasket lists.
