OOTB KM comes with 2 to 3 case types for creation of contents and then publishing and one for capturing the feedback

ex :

PegaFW-KM-Work-Content

PegaFW-KM-Work-Content -Published

PegaFW-KM-Work-Feedback

Once you build your implementation layer inheriting form PegaFW-KM-Work, you could create any other case types based on the need. What is your use case?
