Pega Case management

Hi,

I want to experience the look and feel of a Case management system with Case manager's perspective. My organization is using Pega to develop Case management system, and I am new to it.

Can I access any instance of Pega Case management system, with a basic case type and workflow? I just want to experience how a Case manager creates a case and the journey.

Hi Saurabh,

Pega OOTB provides a portal called case manager. If the operator is provided necessary roles and privileges you can use it to create a case and see how it works. However please note that if the case is routed to any other user, that operation may not be visible or accessible to your operator.
