Pega Call integration with multiple CTI Servers

Hi,

We want to integrate Pega Call with 2 different CTI servers - CISCO and Avaya. Is it to possible to do this? 

Please let me know if anyone tried this before.

Hi Ranjith,

You can configure and start the multiple CTI links (Avaya, Cisco etc) in the Pega call configuration screen, but while login into the page call in your portal you should choose either one of them.
