Greetings everyone, my problem is just like I mentioning in title post but let me explain first.

I don't use Create Work/Case to display my property, my property class is [Organization]-[Apps Name]-Work and I put all the harness-section-property-data transform-activity, etc.. inside that class. Ex: ( PEGA-EXAMPLEAPPS-Work )

First encountering problem:

After that, I add item in the navigation menu which will be used to replace harness portal. However there's an error which make that the page is blank as white as snow, and I found out that the Item which I put before need to redirect from first action which means I must select another Item menu then select back my item menu to load the harness page properly.

Second encountering problem (and i hope this is the last):

In my harness-section, I put a property to input as Input Text and display it as Formatted Text after clicking refresh button to refresh the involving section. But the display Formatted Text still ' - or null ' even if I change the Input text over and over again.

And my treatment:

I make sure to delete all and create again properly but it still the same. Using data transform or activity to change directly but it's futile. Changing the label name and identifier name also didn't working. Is there anything that feels odd or wrong? Mention it to me, please. Please help.
