Pega 8.4 integration with Office 365 email?

Hi All,

Looking to see if anyone has integrated with Office 365 email using Pega 8.4 (email listener, email account, authentication profile) and Microsoft Graph API.  Can't seem to find any documentation on how to configure things so would appreciate if someone has done it before to share some steps and advice.

There is no "Microsoft Graph specific" documentation for email listener, email account and authentication profiles in Pega other than the references Nanda provided.  It is a facet of the configuration of the email account and there is no related adjustments in regards to the other two entities.

Will graph API be supported in versions prior to 8.4 - if not what are the options when Microsoft stops supporting basic authorisation later in 2020?
