OOTB Support for Office 365 email integration

Hi Team, As we are aware starting version 8.4, there is a support for Microsoft Graph for email accounts to receive emails. Similar to that do we have any secure mechanism to connect to Office 365 for sending emails instead of standard user account and password. Also, what are the different options for sending and receiving emails through Office 365 on cloud in V7.4 and V8.4 and if MFA (Multi factor Authentication) is enabled on the email account

I believe for sending Emails, in the case of SMTP, for security you can use SSL/TLS

In Pega 8.4, The following default outgoing email connection options are available:

  • 25 (unsecured)
  • 587 (STARTTLS)
  • 465 (SMTPS)
