does openspan support office 365
I have 2 quesions?
1)My system has office 365, will it be supported be open span?
2)The method Getitem(columnName) is not available in lib. point 1 is the reason for this?

I guess Office 365 is not supported, I have built the automation using Office 2016 connectors, that was working fine at that time.
Post that ran the automation in a different system which has Office 365, getting an error while starting debugging.

Office 365 is a subscription service provided by Microsoft. One of the products includes Office 2016 (which is what is most commonly installed by default as of this post). The first step is to understand which version of Office that your organization is installing and then go forward from there. If you are using Office 2019, then this version is only supported in Pega Robotics 19.1 and higher.
If you are having a specific issue, I would recommend creating a Support Request with Pega Support to investigate the issue with you.
