Pega 8.2 SMA API not working

Hallo Experts - We have setup the Pega 8.2 Admin studio as per https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v81/procomhelpmain.htm#pega_api/pega-api-sysmgmt-privileges-ref.htm but still Pega API (pxAdminStudio-> Resources -> APIs) is not showing up. Please find below the screenshot. Advice if any additional task/settings required or not?
