Pega 8.2 API Capabilities for the Listeners

In Pega 8.2, we have the pega API's for the Agents but not for Listeners. Can some one please suggest how to enable the Monitoring for the Listeners.

We use external Monitoring tool for the monitoring of the Agents by leveraging the API's but not sure on the Listeners.

I'm not certain if there are APIs for monitoring listeners, but within Designer Studio there is certainly a listener landing page in Admin Studio. 

Additionally, PDC can be used to monitor listeners (among many other things): https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/pega-predictive-diagnostic-cloud-configuration-application
