In Pega 7.2 platform, NonexistentTableException errors caused by pzpersistsysteminfo (Pega Internal Batch agent)

In fresh installation of Pega 7.2 platform, we have seen series of below errors encountered in the Pega Logs.

Line 257: com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.NonexistentTableException: Database-NonexistentTable                OLY_PEG_REAL_TIME.<<Tablename#1>> XXXMKTData

Line 503: com.pega.pegarules.pub.database.NonexistentTableException: Database-NonexistentTable                OLY_PEG_REAL_TIME.<<Tablename#1>> XXXMKTData

According to PDN article SA-22090, especially systems upgraded to Pega 7.2, pzpersistsysteminfo (Pega Internal Batch agent) scheduled to run daily every 1am and errors were recorded in the logs.  Also, it's recommended to apply HFix-26964 and then run the PZDELETEJUNKDADTS activity as resolution.

Please Note: We are using Pega Platform 7.2 & Pega Marketing 7.13

Question is, Will HFix-26964 needs to be applicable for fresh installation of Pega 7.2 platform?

Can anyone from Product Support team to take a look above post to confirm whether it's Pega7.2 product defect or not?

Will mentioned HFIX can be applied into Pega7.2 platform resolve these errors?

Hi,

HFix-26964 shared as part of SA-22090 was applied to handle Junk tables shared with 7.1.8 which was later upgraded to 7.2

We no longer ship the junk rules as of 7.2 but there are many customers who have these junk rules because they have 7.1.8 or 7.1.9 systems which got upgraded to 7.2

But, this error message is seen in many cases as below:

So, can you please share the complete stack trace of logs seen?

Also, can you please confirm if there is any upgrade performed at your end or not?

I have raised a Pega Support ticket to investigate this issue separately.  I'll keep posted if I get concerete reply to resolve this issue.
