Pega Platform 7.2

Can someone please explain the purpose of "User Reference Field" under routing option in General Tab (Pega Platform 7.2)

Which field needs to be selected and how can it be defined?

Hi,

this is when you want your routing to be dynamic and basically the operatorID name will be the value of a property.

Here, you tell the system which property will contain, at runtime, the value of the operatorID to use when routing.
