Personal Edition software is only available for the latest GA release of the Pega Platform. Current version is Pega 8.1
You can request for the latest version from the Digital Software Delivery. Here is the direct link -

Hi Marrisa,
I have created my account to access download link. However, it says that "Your Pega account member type does not currently allow access to this content.".
Does it mean I won't be able to download the personal edition on my machine.

If you get an error -"Your Pega account member type does not currently allow access to this content" it indicates you have limited access to the content, please refer https://community.pega.com/membership for checking the membership access.
