Pega 7 System configuration

Hi,

We are in the midst of upgrading Chordiant Marketing Director to Pega Marketing. It is a huge jump. I am searching for readouts on how shall we configure the Pega Marketing to read our customer datamart, but it has not been successful.

Can someone kind enough to provide the pointer for me to get the document, or to do the configuration?

Hi

 I assume the CMD customer datamart is combination of a main customer table and various dimension tables.

in Pega Marketing  the main customer table is mapped to your PRPC class (that inherits from PM customer class). other datamart dimension tables could be mapped to different PRPC classes.

During campaign execution, the customer data is built within the "CustomerData" dataflow. you can construct the structured customer data from various dimension tables within this dataflow.

please refer the  "Updating the CustomerData data flow" from PM Implementation guide.
