Pega 6.2 - Session timeout on SLA tracer
Hi everyone,
I am facing an intermittent issue while tracing the SLA requestor.
Few seconds after i successfully launch the tracer to trace the SLA requestor, i get a popup saying the Tracer has timed out and the tracing stops.
Due to this, i have not been able to trace my SLA at all which has in turn blocked me from debugging the actual issue.
Anybody faced the same issue? Kindly suggest how i can resolve this.

Hi Supriya,
Typically when I see this happen it is because the agent ran but there were no items to be processed. You can check this by enabling the DB Query event type in the Tracer settings. If you see the db queries executed then you know the agent ran.

Hi Carissa,
I did follow the steps you mentioned and saw that the DB query did run but is returning no results. Which means the SLA agent is probably not processing any items in the queue.
Thank you for the suggestion, it did help me get one step closer to debugging the issue.
