SSO Session timeout

How to override the SSO session timeout ?

I have updated my access group with 1 hr and also included pxsessiontimer section in one of the main section. I'm setting the paramters to this section as 60min and warning alert as 55 min. Question is Why I'm getting a warning message for every 5 min. Can anyone tell why I'm  getting this alert message which says that " Your session has expired/ about to expire. Please click ok to continue." every 5 min and not after 1 hr
