PE7.2.1 Case stages layout broken in IE11

I am working on PE7.2.1 and noticed that Case stages layout is broken in IE11, however there is no problem with Chrome browser. 

Two issues here,

1. The alignment of steps under stages is broken.

2. The case count for each stage doesn't  display.

Is this a known issue? Are there any fixes for this issue?

Upon reviewing the corresponding SR, we see that it has been resolved by SA-22868. Please reference that if you have the same question.
