PDC Customizations

Hi,

Currently the PDC scores landing page displays the metrics based on the global benchmarks and considering all of the services and functionalities from the application layer and the Pega platform layer. Is possible to - 

1. Customize the benchmarks - ex - currently the benchmark for avg service response time is set to 300ms. Can we change this to client specific value ?

2. Exclude Pega platform services and features while extracting the performance and health metrics and report only on application specific services and features

3. Add customized dashboard or reports to PDC ?

1. Yes. https://docs.pega.com/bundle/pega-diagnostic-center/page/pega-diagnostic-center/guide/configuring-the-metric-threshold.html

2. This is required to identify the bottleneck with OOTB or custom code. Masking OOTB will not have correct results.

3. You can create new reports in PDC.
