Parse the imported excel file that has data in dynamic repeating column format

I have a requirement to parse the imported excel file. excel file has data in repeating column format. Is there any way to achieve my requirement through any build-in function or custom function?

Existing Build-in function considers the excel data only in dynamic repeating row format.
