Parsing of Excel file with dynamic template

I need to know if there is any OOTB functionality available to parse excel files (xls, xlsx) with no fixed template (where number of columns may vary with column heading) in vanilla PEGA.

We have noticed that while importing data in a Data Type, there is a similar implementation but that is applicable only for CSV file.

We have also observed a similar thing in PUI FW, but we don't have PUI available with us hence wanted to know if that is available in vanilla PEGA.
