OutBound email can't open in outlook format
HI Everyone,
We are using OOTB "SendEmailNotification" for our outbound email and currently the outbound emails are opening as a html text format, we have a business requirement how to display the email as an outlook format instead of html so that agents can reply all or reply (take some action into that email). Also another issue we have seen is even in html text format the "CC" and "To" field is missing.
For this conversion (html text format to outlook format) we need Pega's help. I am attaching the email listener configuration screen shot and how the outbound emails are currently looking. I have opened a SR-C24866 for this and from Pega I was suggested to post in PSC.

I think I may have misunderstood the issue. Is the issue with opening the email that was received or is the issue with opening the email from the work object attachments?

@malabikad3802 & @manojj52 were you able to review @CarissaW_GCS's above link? Also I believe your issue is focused on opening the email from the work object attachments. Please confirm this.

The issue is with Opening email with work object attachments .
The Out of the box inbound email i(email listener) is supporting attaching the emails with EML format .
we are expecting same behaviour /solution from Pega OOTB for inbound email as well
Have already looked at the above post , but it is custom java code . we would like to get an OOTB solution from Pega rather than customizing
