Outbound is correct but Incoming email Error. Pls help

Processing Status: fail
Error Messages:
.pyWorkParty(Customer).pyFirstName: This field may not be blank.
.pyWorkParty(Customer).pyLastName: This field may not be blank.
.pyWorkParty(Customer).pyEmail1: This field may not be blank.

Hi Venkatakrishna,
While trying to create a new case using inbound email, work parties rule mentioned in the corresponding CaseType rule, creates the required WorkParties.
Seems like the Case creates 'Customer' WorkParty by default, but the required properties of this WorkParty are not set.
So, we'll have to set these properties during case creation. This can be done by setting
.pyWorkParty(Customer).pyFirstName
.pyWorkParty(Customer).pyLastName
.pyWorkParty(Customer).pyEmail1
in the DataTransform mentioned in the "Process" tab of the pyStartCase rule of your case. By default, this DT would be "pyDefault" in Work-Cover.
Save-as this "pyDefault" to the case type class(applies to class), application ruleset and set the above-mentioned properties.
