Operator Presence ApI for Mobile Operators

We are using pxOperatorImage control to show if the Operator is online in this case Operator logs into offline mobile APP. The status indicator is very inconsistant .it shows inactive even if operator logs in .Some times it shows active but if operator logs out of the APP still it shows active.
