Open the work item through Email link facing the issues like unable see Pega image and left panel

Work Item opened through Email link and closed (Close Button after actions tab) the work item then closed the browser.Again I am trying to open the work item through Email link facing the issues like unable see Pega image and left panel.Please suggest.

Can you please provide a screenshot?

What you described might be the intended behavior as opening a case from an email link with just open the case in appropriate harness (review / edit or your custom, harness) , it will not open the entire portal. So if you are referring to Pega image in portal header and left side menu items, those will not be displayed while opening a case using email based deep link.
