Hi All,

The ask is to open outlook from a link in our Pega application and pre-populate the subject, body and certain attachments from the case. I can use mailto to do subject and body maybe but mailto doesn't support attachments and is there a way to achieve this.

While I understand Pega outbound notifications can be used to do satisfy the requirement, just want to understand the feasibility of this requirement.
