Not able to send requests to server through automation
Hi All,
I am developing a BOT through OpenSpan where i have some dropdowns and checkboxes on my Webpage.
Whenever i am clicking on dropdown\Checkboxes manually on the UI, requests goes to the server with some values(May be if i selected checkbox then this selected value goes into request to server) but if i am doing the same thing-selecting checkbox through automation then checkbox is getting selected on UI but no request goes to server due to which i am not able to proceed further or perform further action on the selected value.
Can anyone please help or suggest..!!!

Usually this occurs because the web page is responding to an event. You will need to discover which events are being triggered when you manually select the dropdown or checkbox and use the RaiseEvent method of the control to force the event to occur. This is a little tricky but with IE developer tools you can see what event handlers are attached to the control.

Problem here is - Web page is using Vaadin as web framework which is further giving request to server.
i.e. When we click on UI, requests goes to Vaadin and then further to server.
In this scenario, can we use events to trigger through Automation ??

Yes I have tried raising different events like Click, Onselect and many other but nothing happens.
I am trying to raise an event whenever dropdown value is changed on the webpage. Dropdown Value is getting changed through automation but respective table is not getting updated on the webpage so I tried raising events on the dropdown like click..Onselect..!!
Can you please help..?
