Is Windscreen Emulator accessible through Robotic Automation

Dear Team,
Request you to provide information, whether Windscreen Emulator will be accessible through our Robotic Automation.
This Windscreen emulator is for IBM Mainframe application. It's version is "Windscreen Version 3.6 (Build 410)." 32 bit ANSI Terminal Emulator.
We are in the verge of POC to a client. Please provide an information on the same.

Is the WindScreen emulator WinHLLAPI compliant? This is usually required for Robotic Studio to be able to communicate through a text adapter.
