Not able to log off in Android or iOS device
We have an SSO enabled application. We are not able to log off from the application in device (Android or iOS). We are using Pega version 7.3 and the application is not offline enabled.
Note : We are able to log off properly with non-SSO enabled application.

Are you able to logoff from application (enabled with SSO using Pega 7.3) with other devices apart from mobile devices? Does the user using Android/iOS devices see any error on logout?

We have iOS (IPAD and IPhone) & in both of then we are not able to log off. User is not able to see any error message. Users needs to clear the app data or manually kill the application. We have tried to use the URL with which the apk/ipa file is created in desktop but in desktop we are able to log off properly.
For Android we are now not able to login using SSO apk. But in iOS we are able to login with SSO ipa file.

Can you give more information about below points -
1. Do you have session timeout in IAM (LDAP i.e. SSO) ?
2. Which Hybrid client version are you using ?
3. Are you using OOTB LogOff ?
