"Back" on android devices
We are using the sales automation mobile application, and we noticed that a "standard" behavior on the android application is missing. When we press on the "back" button of any android phone, the application is closing instead of going back to the previous page.
Is there a way to make the "back" button of an android device work properly?

The back button is done through custom JS. The code is somewhat generic but only handle ONE LEVEL deep with the home page

Correct me if i'm wrong but I think what you're explaining here is the behavior of the in-app Back button.
My problem is with the one on android devices highlighted in this screenshot

Hi Dory, Steph's example is for Android's 'Back' button. Notice window.launchbox.BackAction in the function above. window.launchbox is the HybridClient wrapper for native functions and BackAction is the handler for Android's Back button.

can you try checking the configurations which is getting performed at the click of the back button by tracing it.
