Custom mobile app (android)
Hi,
I am trying to generate a custom mobile app (android) as part of a task to showcase Pega Offline capabilities. I have been successfully able to generate the .apk build from the build server by updating the DSS - pega/mobilebuild/baseurl and Authentication Profile - MobileBuildServerAuthentication. However when I am trying to install the .apk in my android handheld device and access the application it always responds back with an error saying "Application Installation Failed - Server Connection Failed. Please check you network connection and try again".
Is there something else that I need to do before accessing my custom app from the handheld device for the first time?

When generating the custom mobile app, there's an option to use custom URL (in the Advanced section). Please use it to provide the URL to your server, just to make sure it is the URL that is used when generating the app. Now try the app on Android.
If it still fails, open a regular browser on the same Android device and paste the same URL. Will it work that way? This is supposed to prove the server is accessible from your device.
