Not able to download Reports from SMA

I am trying to download (Database Class Report, Database Name Report and Database Table Report) from SMA, it is giving me an option yo download report in CSV format. However, when i click on that report to download it is throwing an 500 Internal server as below:

Can someone please help me on this?
