not able to delete case type "Assistance request"

Hi,

I am unable to delete the case type "Assistance request" in the exercise link mentioned in the course module "Business architect essential - v8"

as it is showing the error ( i have attached the image of error received). Please provide me the new link where i can start creating the whole new case and further exercise.

Hi,

I am unable to proceed as whenever i am creating Field group, system is showing me the error (attached screenshot). Kindly help me to identify the issue.
