Not able to close browser in Google Chrome using Cancel option on a button

Hi All,

When I perform a cancel option on a button, the browser was successfully closed in IE after Popup confirmation. But I was not able to close browser while doing the cancel option in Google chrome. If anyone faced this type of similar issue and with a fix, please provide your suggestions.

Hi ,

Need more info for this. What is this popup (attach a screenshot), and on what actions the  popup appears in the browser(e.g clicking a button or so ..)
