Not able to add node for DMSample application for Pega 8

I have been trying to add new decision strategy in Pega 8 personal edition. As directed, we need to add node for Decision Data Store but the add node option is disabled. Can anybody throw some reason for this and a possible fix.

I had same issue when using windows 7, Tried today on Windows 10, I was able to add node and initialize the application.

Update PRConfig file with Decisioning services as below:  <env name="dsm/services" value="DDS,DataFlow,ADM,VBD"/>

Update Node type as required in setenv.bat:   set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% -DNodeType=Stream,BackgroundProcessing,WebUser,Search,Universal 

 Just Universal will add all the functionality(remaining are your choice)
