Hi Bhagyashree, 

Have you extended customer class or added new properties to your customer class, the columns need to be updated from "Configuration>Settings>Application Settings>Manage Data Relationships" from PM portal and "Update seedlist columns" post this try adding records in seedlist and let us know the outcomes.
