Unable to checkout ruleset for DMSample Application
Hi,
I am learning Pega and wanted to make changes to the DMSample application that comes in-built with PEGA installation.
However i am unable to check-out any ruleset. The default password "rules" is not working.
Please can someone advise if there is different password for unlock for "DMSample" application

You should be able to add a new ruleset version to DMSample ruleset.
Open the DMSample ruleset rule and click the + icon at the bottom of the ruleset version list to create a new version.

Hello, kindly validate below two details for any rules to check out the Rules
- Operator need to have access to the Application rule set.
- In Security Table of the Operator, check option of allow rules to Check out check mark.

Hi,
I have the access grop specified as "DMSample:Administrator", and checkbox is ENABLED for "Allow Rules Checkout".
Error message i receive when i try to unlock the ruleset DMSample:08:01 using default password "rules" is ::
Thus this ruleset should be having some other default password

As it was stated before, you cannot change rules in locked rulesets of DMSample application.
You must create new RS versions
