Non Resolved child cases are not shown on the Parent case

The parent case contains child cases that need to be processed, but they are not visible within the parent case. Upon attempting to open these unresolved child cases, it is observed that they do not contain any assignments for completion.After the child case is created, its functionality, such as the FlowAction, is withdrawn. Until the child case is resolved, the parent case cannot be progressed.

I think you may have to check the pxFlow in the Clipboard to troubleshoot. I believe the child case is routed to ProblemFlow, since you mentioned the FlowAction is withdrawn.
