No suggested coaching plans in Sales Manager Pulse
Hi all, I have a question, I have logged in as a sales manager in the sales automation application, I want to do coaching on the coaching plan in the dashboard tab, but nothing appears on the suggested coaching plan, how can I display agents that can be coached? Then how does the coaching plan actually work from the beginning until the agent appears on the suggested coaching plan?
Hi @Rizky89019, In order to make sales coach work, there are few prerequisites.
- Historical data - in order to train the modal you should require previous historical data for evaluating and decision purposes.
- Run below data flows for which decison nodes need to be enabled on the environment.
- StoreSalesRepSnapshots
- CaptureEffectivenessOutcomes
then enable RecommendationsForRep - JobScheduler
- check if the job's schedule, if its weekly change it to daily and update the time
- If the data is not coming then go to reportees of manager which are salesreps(agents in ur case).
- go to their profiles and check the hiring date that should be greater than 90 days
