"No result found" shown when trying to add a user to General Support Access Roles.
My account have a "Support Administrator" Role and I want to add my team member's account to the "General Support Access" Roles. After when I click the "Add Users to Role" icon and search for the user and choose, no result is found for the pull down of 'Select Accounts to Apply Role to' and cannot go on to adding. I also tried to type in directly but the error message, 'Please select a valid value' will be shown.
What are the possible causes?
