Is it possible to filter report results using Access Role/Access when rules?
Dear Pega Product Support,
we would like to filter report definition results according to some business logic, when they are executed in the Reporty Browser.
Is it possible to leverage OOTB Access Role and Access When rule to show only records satisfying a specific business logic?

You can use filter in your report definition to get your desired result as long as in the filter condition your left hand side column data type matches with right hand side column data type.
On a separate note, usage of Access When or Access Role comes as a filter might not be a good idea. How about using the privilege field to have restriced access ?

Hi,
report definition filter are not enoigh to satisfy our business requirement (currently we use a post load activity to filter data from data pages).
The privilege allows to enable/disable execution of a report definition in the report browser, we need the report is always executable but we need to filter data displayed to users (i.e. business gave us some visibility rules).
