By viewing your user profile in My Support Portal, you can see all the accounts that you are affiliated with. When you select an account, you can see the Pega support roles that you have in that account.
- Go to My Support Portal and make sure that you are logged in.
- In the upper-right corner, click the menu.
- Click Profile to display your user profile, which contains the following information:
Your name (read only)
Account displays your account. Touch or type ahead to see a drop-down list of other accounts that you are affiliated with.
Keep the initial account displayed or select another account from the list to see the following read-only information for the account you slected.
Your email address
Advanced roles if you have these roles
User details displays Last Active with date-timestamp and the number of Open cases owned
Cloud affiliation displays Cloud affiliation and Environment type.
