No Handler found Error for Connect-REST
Hi All,
I am geting below error while trying to connect to Pega REST Web service from another Pega application
No handler found for uri [/secureapp/vj70/prweb/PRRestService/<Package>/<Class>/<ServiceName>] and method [POST]
HTTP Response Code 400
It is an intermittent issue which usually happens only once for each user. All subsequent calls are getting successful response.
I tried using GET method as well but same error.
Anyone faced similar issue or got a fix ? Please help.

Hi,
It seems to be a typo mistake somewhere in the url formation, please enable debug level on Rest connector and compare the request uri.

is this issue coming once for each user after every server restart? if yes, is it coming immediately first time login after server restart? Please explain in brief when exactly issue is coming.
clear the temp folder of server ,restart and try.

There is no fixed pattern but it does not happen everytime the user clicks on the button to get Data from web service.
It happens 1-2 times out of 10 attempts by user. We tried clearing cache and restarting JVMs but still issue keeps coming up for users.

From the logs attached here - the issue is occurring at the Service end. This is being investigated through the SR.
