SocketTimeout Exception Connect-REST

we are recieving errors for connect-REST services. "SocketTimeout Exception  time out reading the response".

can some one help me how to fix this?Thank you

Also: if you can - just try and point a Browser at the same Rest Endpoint - ideally you need to run the brower from same machine that PRPC is running on.

'SocketTimeout Exception' strongly puts the remote endpoint into the frame - or possibly a network issue (perhaps routing or perhaps a Firewall) - it doesn't (at this point) suggest the PRPC Connector is at fault.

But the logs (as requested above) should help also.

Thanks for your response. attached logs.

the issue is intermittant. happening for 10 cases a day for a processing load of say 200 cases.

does increasing "Response Timeout" field in Connect-REST rule helps.
