Newly created devices are not viewing in front end using Cx Decision Planner 6.7.1, Cx Strategy Director 6.7.1
we are using Cx Decision Planner 6.7.1, Cx Strategy Director 6.7.1. we have configured new devices, able to generate the deployment package (nba-logic-TRN.dpkg, while deploying there is no error as well. however the changes are not reflecting in the front end. How to resolve this?
do let me know what all information reqruied for this to resolve, can also share the logs.

In Strategy Director are you able to see the required output/devices for the External collector?
You can test this using External collector-->Test Decision Logic and providng the proper inputs
