@KowsalyaMK if you just want to see resolved cases in dashboard, you can create a dpage-> Report definition and provide filter as resolved. If your scenario is to display specific resolved cases, then on click of that button, transfer that case to a new work queue(eg:- SBresolvedworkqueue) . Then use D_workbasket to get the list of cases in this work queue. 

You can also do this in the resolve stage itself, you can route this case to this work queue based on your logic. 

But better approach is to apply some logic on resolved cases and then fetch those cases using dpage and then display the list in the dashboard instead of doing other stuffs. 

@KowsalyaMK on resolution stage, Once you click on submit/approve, we need to use finish assignment event on click action, You can add one more action below finish assignment as Close or use run script to navigate to dashboard.

If the dashboard is your home screen then a Finish Assignment action on the button should do the trick. If not then try adding a Close/Cancel action after the finish.
